Call of Duty Vanguard Out Now, Forza Horizon 5 Out Now, Epic Games Store Free Game | Gaming News

Epic Store Free Game

Hello, guys, and welcome to the Gaming News for 05 Nov 2021. The Epic Games Store is going to be giving out Aven Prime as the next free game. They sent out a tweet saying that "Discover Aven Prime, an alien planet of deserts, tundras and wetlands light years from Earth. Build your colonies into massive sprawling cities while dealing with the threats faced when settling on a new world." And you can get it for free on the Epic Games Store. The way it works is when a game is given out for free, you have a week, two weeks, it depends on the campaign, to redeem the game for free and then you can add it to your account, but it will be on your account forever. No catch. You don't have to pay for it. There's no membership like PlayStation Plus, nothing. It's yours forever. You just have to redeem it. If you're interested, go ahead. And the reason why Epic Games do that is so that they can get more people onto the Epic Games Store and they do at their own expense.

Call of Duty Vanguard Out Now

The next bit of news for today is Call of Duty Vanguard releases today. It will feature a campaign mode based in World War 2. It will feature multiplayer and it will feature zombie mode, and the zombie mode is going to be expanded as well. I was actually quite interested in the campaign more than anything else because I tend to be more of a story based player rather than a multiplayer, but it hopefully will appeal to Call of Duty fans at least for a while before they release something else.

Forza Horizon 5 Out Now

And then the last bit of news for today is Forza Horizon 5 has also come out today as well, and it's expanded a lot on Forza Horizon 4. It's set in Mexico. The world map is a lot bigger. It features hundreds of cars, hundreds of customizations stuff like that, online open world play and stuff like that. And it receives some very favorable reviews from companies like IGN and GameSpot, which are worth checking out. And if you have Xbox Game Pass, you might actually already have it. It's a case of you might not actually need to buy it, but that's something for you to know and for you to check. Anyway, guys, that's it for the Gaming News for today. Thank you so much for the new followers and all the engagement and so on. And I would like to make a little request is that if you do really enjoy these videos every day and just give them a thumbs up whichever platform you're watching them on, a heart, a like whatever applies, it does really help. Thank you guys and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye bye.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have played hundreds of games in my life and have experienced truly amazing games. As time has passed and games continue to evolve, I want to share my gaming adventures with the world so you can improve your gaming experience too.

There are several gaming franchises I love experiencing a lot such as Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, God of War, Uncharted, Yakuza, Assassin's Creed, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, Xenoblade Chronicles and more.

In 1997 when I was 12 years old, a class mate of mine asked me, have you ever played Final Fantasy 7? I was like no, what’s that? He lent me his copy, and I remember on the first night I escaped Midgar after not being able to put it down for 5 to 6 hours even though it was a school night. Shortly after I finished the game and my gaming obsession was truly planted.

Towards the end of 1998 I played Zelda 64 Ocarina of Time. It was a revelation to me, given its combat, story telling, music and satisfying ending. It also gave a hint of what open world could look like given how “huge” Hyrule Field was, which was massive for the time. After nearly 25 years, Zelda 64 Ocarina of Time still sits at the top of my favourite games of all time list.

When I went to University during 2003 to 2007, it was the era of Half Life 2. I remember spending a portion of my student loan so I could get a gaming pc powerful enough to play it.

During that time I also started my adventures in MMOs including Final Fantasy 11 and World of Warcraft. It amazes me that they are still online to this day.

After leaving University, I like most people ended up in the 9 to 5 cycle, after a year of being stuck in the “no job without experience, no experience without a job”. At the time I was still living with my parents and I got distracted on girls for a while. My love for gaming never ended though, with it always being a fall back for me.

In 2013, I started my first YouTube channel, as a way to also document my time in the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn. I had seen some YouTubers who made really good videos. For me, at the time, it was a hobby to do on the evening and weekends, I never went into it thinking one day it would be my job. I would have made videos, even if it made no money at all.

After 10 years of multiple jobs, living a very miserable existence in the 9 to 5 cycle, it all abruptly ended in 2018 with my disability of severe anxiety preventing me from commuting to London to work any more.

During the Pandemic, a lot of people were losing their jobs, and there was a lot more time to produce videos and play games. While growing as a content creator, I noticed my Instagram page had little to no content. One day I picked up my phone and recorded a video talking about gaming as it was my favourite hobby.

As I have now played hundreds of games and my passion has evolved for the last 30 years, I see my love for gaming lasting until the day I die. Games have made me laugh, made me cry, and everything in between. The recent price increases have definitely dampened gaming for most gamers, but I am in a privileged position as an Independent Gaming Journalist to receive a lot of games for free from developers and publishers to review.

I hope I can always bring the highest quality Gaming News every day, in digestible 1 to 1.5 minute summaries, to share the passion I have always had for it.

There is a lot more to my gaming history than what I've written above and if you want to talk to me about it feel free to pop by my Twitch Live Stream sometime and say hello!

Not at all, I simply starting playing a lot of other games too.

I started in August 2013 as a hobby, and went full time during 2018.

Being a YouTuber, Streamer, or Content Creator is not the primary goal. I am working to enjoy my life and remain independent. I do not want to spend my life taking orders from other people.

I have 10 years commercial experience as a website and database developer that I can fall back on. I was able to develop this entire website using my experience.
