Google Stadia Shutting Down

Google Stadia is going to be closing down. They released a statement to explain how they worked really hard on it for the last two years. The technology of the servers behind Google Stadia is going to be rerouted to other platforms such as as YouTube and they're going to be refunding all the people who have paid money on the platform. Hopefully the refunds are going to be completed by January 2023. It's a shame but not every project will succeed unfortunately. We will see what is planned next in terms of gaming from Google.

The Callisto Protocol Trailer

And the next bit of news for today is a new trailer for The Callisto Protocol has been released and it shows more of the space prison that the game is based in, some more of the enemies and the combat. It looks really gory. In my opinion, the animations look like they need some work but we will see if it's good in the end.

Dragonflight Release Date

And the last bit of news for today is the next expansion for World of Warcraft called Dragonflight will be launching on the 28 Nov 2022. Right now, World of Warcraft players are playing the Wrath of the Lich King Classic mode and they have until the end of November before the next expansion for World of Warcraft comes out. Hopefully, it will keep people's attention for longer than previous expansions but we will see.
