Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!
The Callisto Protocol Goes Gold
The Callisto Protocol has gone Gold. What that means is it's in a stable enough condition to be burnt to a master disc and then sold. And the game itself will be coming out on 02 Dec 2022. It means that between now and then they're probably going to be working on optimisation and polishing. I am looking forward to trying it out. It looks interesting and we will see how it compares to Dead Space Remake as well.
Genshin Impact 3.2 Stream
And the next bit of news for today is the Genshin Impact 3.2 livestream will be happening on Sunday the 23 Oct 2022 at 5 a.m. Pacific Time, which is 1 p.m. for us in the UK. Traditionally they don't back up their livestreams on Twitch, but you'll be able to watch it hours later on YouTube, if you miss the live stream. Be sure to check it out if you're still playing Genshin Impact.
Code Veronica Remake
The last bit of news for today is in an interview with Noisy Pixel, the producer Resident Evil 4 Remake, Yoshiaki Hirabayashi was asked would there ever be a Code Veronica Remake. He responded saying that right now he is focused on delivering the best possible Resident Evil 4 Remake, but if the opportunity comes up in the future, it's a maybe. Fans of the game have already made their own remake. We will see if Capcom ever make their own official remake for Code Veronica. I think it will be very welcome amongst Resident Evil players.
