Rockstar Games have released their official stance on GTA Role Playing servers, saying that as long as the servers are not used for exploitation, selling NFTs or loot boxes, generally they're okay with it as long as their IP is also protected. Of course, it's not an endorsement from the company and they still reserve the right to take legal action should any of their rights be compromised.
