The handprints from Death Stranding have been explained. They're supposed to depict the main enemies in the game called BTs. The BTs also leave behind handprints, but mostly when they're walking. It gives the impression that the BTs are in fact invisible apes. We're also waiting for the release date for Death Stranding 2 On The Beach, but Hideo Kojima, who is the Producer of the game, has revealed that the handprint is in fact his!
