The release date Vor version 3.0 for Honkai Star Rail has been announced. When the update is released you'll be able to explore the new world Amphoreus and two new five Star characters will be released. There'll be an Ice based character called The Herta and there will be a lightning character called Aglaea. There are also several other updates coming with version 3.0 as well.
