There's been an update about the Palworld vs Nintendo lawsuit. Nintendo filed a lawsuit against the developer of Palworld, Pocketpair, alleging that they infringed against their trademarks. However, Pocketpair is defending against the lawsuit. They're claiming that a lot of the different features which Nintendo are claiming to have ownership over, can be found in several other games including Rune Factory, Titanfall, Pikmin 3 Deluxe, Far Cry 5, Tomb Raider, Pocket Souls, Octopath Traveler, Monster Super League, Final Fantasy 14 and more.
