According to a Rockstar Insider, there will be potentially a GTA 4 and also a Max Payne 3 remaster. According to Tez2, the remasters in question might have been in development for more than a year already. Rockstar Games have already announced that they're working on a Max Payne 1 and 2 Remaster as well. Rockstar also recently shut down a fan made project called the Liberty City Preservation Project, which would have seen a fan made version of GTA 4 in GTA 5.
