Final Fantasy 11 is still getting updated, even more than 23 years after its initial release, and the Director of the game still feels motivated to do updates. The game was going to shut down last year and it does seem to be coming towards its end of life. Fans are keeping the game alive, but the fact it's still going all this time later is amazing.
