The FTC has dropped its case against Microsoft. They launched a complaint because of Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard. They did take it as far as possible, even appealing a rejection, but that appeal was also rejected. The acquisition was actually completed a couple of years ago, but the FTC has finally dropped any resistance to the case. It's potentially good news for gamers because Xbox is opening its doors to be on other platforms.
