A former Technical Director of Rockstar had an interview with GamesHub. During the interview he spoke about the different concepts that were considered for GTA. Right now Grand Theft Auto is based in the US, in parodies of US cities. However, a GTA Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro and even Moscow were considered. For now, GTA is still centered around the U.S. Which non U.S. city would you like to see GTA be based in?
