Phil Spencer will be retiring from Xbox. With the retirement of Phil Spencer, it was speculated that Sarah Bond would be taking over because she's the current President of Xbox. However, she has also now resigned. Instead, the new CEO of Microsoft Gaming will be the President of Microsoft's CoreAI product, Asha Sharma.
