FFXIV Guide: How to Expand Retainer Inventory View

By default, your retainer's inventory in Final Fantasy XIV is divided into multiple tabs, which can make it tedious to find items. Switching to the Expanded View allows you to see all items at once, significantly streamlining your storage management.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these quick steps to change your interface [00:00:16]:

1. Open the System Menu (Esc or Start) and select Character Configuration.
2. Click on the Item Settings icon in the left-hand column.
3. Under the General tab, look for the Inventory Settings section.
4. Locate the Retainer Inventory Interface dropdown menu.
5. Change the setting from Normal to Expanded [00:00:24].
6. Click Apply and then Close.

Why Use Expanded View?
