Apex Legends Mobile Shutting Down

Apex Legends Mobile will be shutting down on the 01 May 2023. Respawn Entertainment feel that they can't provide the high quality experience for the mobile game. Hopefully, it won't affect the main Apex Legends game. If anything it will mean they have more resources to put towards the main game.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Delayed

And the next bit of news for today is Star Wars Jedi Survivor has been delayed 6 weeks until the 28 Apr 2023. That's to allow time for more polish. The game development is finished, in terms of story, they are now primarily working on bug fixes and performance tuning. As I've said many times in the Gaming News, more time for polish is always a good thing.

$10,000 Speedrun Challenge

And the last bit of news for today is MoistCr1TiKaL has set up another $10,000 speedrun challenge. This time it's for the game Exodus From The Earth. The rules are you need to stream the game. He will no longer accept video submissions only. Also the game has to be capped at 60 frames a second. And you're not allowed to use any third party tools to modify the game in any way. Also as well, the $10,000 will be split between the top 3 places. If you're looking to enter, good luck.
