Nintendo have filed an outrageous patent. It gives Nintendo and The Pokemon Company a patent over the ability to summon characters and let them fight for you. It's a very common gameplay mechanic present in many games other than Pokemon. It wouldn't surprise me if they also tried to patent the ability to use a controller when playing games as well. In your opinion, what other outrageous patents could they try to file? And the next bit of news for today is a single player demo is going to be released for Sonic Racing CrossWorlds. The demo will be made available on, PlayStation, Xbox and PC on 17 Sep 2025. The full game will be releasing on 25 Sep 2025. The demo will allow you to try out the game before you buy it. Which Sonic character do you like the most? And the last bit of news for today is Borderland 4 has been released. Within an hour of release it already now has more concurrent players than any of the previous Borderland games. As of the time of recording, it has already surpassed more than 200,000 concurrent players. The reviews have been released for the game and they are outstanding.
