The next expansion for World of Warcraft called Midnight has had its alpha test development notes released. The expansion will be adding a huge amount of content to the MMO. It's set to be launched sometime during 2026. When we know the actual release date for World of Warcraft Midnight, I'll be sure to mention it on the gaming news. For the Horde or For the Alliance? And the next bit of news for today is Ghost of Yotei will be receiving a huge day one patch. Patch 1.006 will be required to play the game, even if you buy it physically, but it does include an exceptional number of improvements as well as adds ray tracing to the game. Ghost of Yotei will be releasing officially on the 02 Oct 2025, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. Will you be playing Ghost of Yotei? And the last bit of news for today is apparently Xbox Game Pass is getting a huge increase on its subscription price. Microsoft did release a benefits video to explain the different tiers, how some of them are being renamed and also being expanded, but a lot of gamers have reacted negatively to the 50% increase in price. For example, the Ultimate Tier will go from $19.99 to $29.99. Apparently the page where you cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription is being visited so much it keeps crashing.
