The Pokemon Company have announced that the next Pokemon Presents will be happening next week. It will be broadcast on 27 Feb 2026 at 6 a.m. PT, which is 2 p.m. for us in the UK. It will also coincide with the release of Pokemon Leafgreen and Pokemon FireRed on the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2. Which Pokemon game do you like the most? And the next bit of news for today is Phil Spencer will be retiring from Xbox. With the retirement of Phil Spencer, it was speculated that Sarah Bond would be taking over because she's the current President of Xbox. However, she has also now resigned. Instead, the new CEO of Microsoft Gaming will be the President of Microsoft's CoreAI product, Asha Sharma. Asha released a statement to talk about her philosophy going into the role. And the last bit of news for today is the sequel to Nier Automata has been teased. Square Enix released a video to show all the different milestones the game has achieved since its release back in 2017. They spoke about the different sales figures, the concerts, the anime and more. As of February 2026, the game has now sold more than 10 million copies. The update ends simply with the phrase Nier Automata will continue.
