Atari have agreed to acquire Night Dive Studios, who is the developer behind System Shock. Right now, they are working on System Shock Remake. The deal is reportedly worth €10 million, with a further €30 million of Atari shares. We will see in the future if Night Dive Studios help Atari to remake some of their classic games as well.
