The Last of Us Part 1 on PC has not had the best launch due to performance issues. Naughty Dog are already releasing patches as quickly as they can to rectify the situation. A lot of the reported errors that you might be seeing is from shader compilation, which is an issue that has plagued a lot of PC ports these days. Hopefully, PlayStation can bring up The Last of Us Part 1 to the standard set by other PC ports from PlayStation games.
