Tencent are in the process of buying a majority stake in Techland. Techland is the developer behind games such as Dying Light. The CEO of Techland released a statement to explain the share's purchase, but has explained that Techland will retain all the IP and ownership of all the franchises they've created and they will have creative freedom to work on whatever they like.
