Eidos Montreal have announced 97 layoffs at their studio. In the process, the Embracer Group have canceled the Deus Ex game that they were working on. The remaining developers are going to be working on an original franchise instead. There has also been many other layoffs across many game studios across the industry, which is unfortunate.
