Capcom have explained why it's taken so long to make another Onimusha game. They explained that they didn't have the required people or the engine at the time to make the game until 2020 when development of the game started. They now have a large number of people and a lot of resources dedicated to the game and are using the Reach for the Moon engine, otherwise known as the RE Engine. Onimusha Way of the Sword will be releasing during 2026. When we know the release date, I'll be sure to mention it on the Gaming News. Which Onimusha game do you like the most?
