EA have confirmed that they are going private. They confirmed the $55 billion deal, which will see investors, including Saudi Arabia's public investment fund, buying out the company completely. There has also been concerns from some of the fanbase saying that it could result in price rises, especially for the FC series and also lowering the quality.
