Sony is apparently seeking a preliminary injunction against Tencent over Light Of Motiram. Speaking as a non legally qualified person, what that means is that Sony wants to force Tencent to change the design of Light Of Motiram because of similarities with the main protagonists of the games, some of the music tracks in the game and more. Potentially, it will be difficult for Sony to see through this lawsuit because Light Of Motiram has not been released yet, so any design choices that Tencent make are not set in stone. If there's an update about the lawsuit between Sony and Tencent because of the Light Of Motiram vs Horizon copy allegations, I'll be sure to mention it on the Gaming News.
