A current gen patch for Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 has been released. Nicknamed the Next Gen Update, it introduces 4K upscaled graphics and up to 60 fps. It also brings several enhancements, which have been available on the PC version for years, such as different spoken and written languages in the game. Several infinite loading bugs, such as the infamous trebuchet loading bug has been fixed as well. The update wasn't necessarily developed by Warhorse. It was developed with the help of Saber Interactive who also helped Warhorse to release Kingdom Come Deliverance on the Nintendo Switch. Patch 1.9.7 was also released for Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 on PC. If you own the game on PlayStation 4, you can get the Next Gen Update for free on PlayStation 5, and it's available now on Xbox Series X|S and also on Xbox Game Pass.
