Nintendo's had one of its US Patents revoked. Patents are supposed to grant protection on inventions. A patent was granted to Nintendo a few months back on the idea of summoning a character and letting it fight for you in video games. It's a feature, however, that's been available in multiple games even before Pokemon existed. At the time, I even stated that this patent should not have been granted. Now the US Patent Office agrees and the patent has been revoked. In my personal opinion, Nintendo should not have applied for the Patent to begin with. Which pet or character summoning game do you like the most?
