The lead game designer behind Apex Legends has actually been fired from Respawn Entertainment for comments he made during 2007 in a blog. The comments included racist and sexist comments, and basically he has taken full ownership of them. He said that he wasn't trying to be racist and sexist. He was just trying to get a rise out of people, but it's caught up with him and now he is fired. And basically that's something that will just follow him around, probably from now on. And it's just how things are simple as that. They say that what you say on the internet is written in ink is not written in pencil, which means that it will follow you around. Too bad!
The next bit of news for today is Assassin's Creed Valhalla's second and last expansion, Siege of Paris is coming out today, so if you have an interest, check it out. I've already seen the review from IGN and IGN has said okay, things about it. Not so great, but not so bad. But if you just love Assassin's Creed Valhalla, then just know that is coming out today.
And then the last bit of news for today is Life Is Strange True Colors is still scheduled to be coming out on 10 Sep 2021, and they've announced that DLC will be coming out on 30* Sep 2021 to complement the release of the game. However, the Nintendo Switch release has been delayed to later this year and the remaster collection of the original Life is Strange games is delayed until next year, so we have to wait longer for those. I am a big fan of the Life Is Strange series. I've played all of them and I am looking forward to True Colors as well. And they said that today, hopefully, we're going to be getting a new trailer of Life is Strange True Colors. Again, I'm looking forward to that.
