Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been delayed until Feb 2022. It was originally going to be coming out in Dec 2021, but it was delayed. They released a statement Techland who is the developer on all their social medias explaining why and so on. And that's fine. I don't mind waiting a few more weeks if it means more polish and a better product at the end of it. I was a massive fan of the first Dying Light game. I'm definitely looking forward to the second one. The next bit of news for today is Cyberpunk 2077 has now had Patch 1.31 released, which again has more optimizations, more fixes for quests and so on. Check out the patch notes if you're still interested. I personally am still waiting for the next-gen release of Cyberpunk 2077 before I jump into it, because I just want to see a polished game. I want my first real experience of Cyberpunk 2077 to be the best it can be. Then the last bit of news for today is Activision Blizzard employees have filed a suit with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) accusing the company of tactics which intimidate workers to not allow them to have an environment free of abuse or discrimination and so on. This is completely separate from the previous lawsuit that we spoke about because that was the State of California suing Activision Blizzard for the frat boy mentality. But now the employees themselves are filing their own suit. One example that they gave is that they said that there's a very broad social media policy. I'm going to assume and we have we do see a lot of gaming companies that if you say anything disparaging against company while your employee there, then the company reserves the right to review you. That's why you'll see most employees of (gaming) companies will have something in their social media that says something like my opinion is my own or something like that to absolve the company they work for any responsibility for what the employee is saying and so on. And then also well, they give an example of how a certain employee was put on performance review in his job, even though previously he had good performance. Talking as someone who's been in a similar situation before, because I am quite outspoken myself, basically, from talking to, obviously I'm not a lawyer myself, but from talking to employment based lawyers in the UK, some truly believe that if you're put on performance review, then simply and you're a good employee and you're good at your job, then basically it's the only legal way to get you out of your job when they can't, for example, take you on for gross misconduct or any of these other policies. And again, as part of the lawsuit is to say that this is an intimidation tactic that they're not happy with. Basically the drama at Activision Blizzard is still going on.
