Battlefield 2042 Delayed
Battlefield 2042 has been delayed about a month for again, more polish, which is a similar theme we're seeing a lot of games these days. They released a statement to explain that because the game requires certain development, scale and challenges, because they give a lot of freedom for the gameplay stuff like that, they need more time. If you're looking forward to Battlefield 2042 know that you'll have to wait until November to jump into it.
Former Ubisoft Devs Make Own Studio
The next bit of news for today is former Ubisoft developers have established their own studio called Nesting Games, so they have their own website, which is nesting-games.com. And they have said that basically they're trying to move away from the Ubisoft formula of massive open-world games, and instead, I'm going to focus on single-player RPGs with a focused story narrative. We'll see what they come up with in the future. Good luck to them. On the website as well you can see who the team is, which former Ubisoft staff have made the studio and so on.
Gas Station Simulator
And then the last bit of news for today is, I hate to say it, Gas Station Simulator has become a surprise hit on Steam. There have been so many different simulators, there's been Power Wash Simulator. Bus Simulator and so on that have released lately. And this game is just the new hit on Steam and apparently it's very fun to play based on the fact that lots of people are actually playing it.
