In an interview with 4gamer.net, which is a Japanese gaming website which was translated by Gematsu, the director of Elden Ring, Hidetaka Miyazaki has confirmed that FromSoftware are actually really close and in the final stages of the next project already, even though the game itself is still unannounced. People might still be thinking that it's too soon after Elden Ring for them to already have finished another game. But he has reassured everyone that they are still working on extra content for Elden Ring but several new projects are on the way which will also be directed by other directors as well. It won't all just be handled by him.
And the next bit of news for today is Naoki Yoshida, otherwise known as Yoshi P had an interview with Dengeki Online which was spotted by Twitter account aitaikimochi in which he said "Even though the script is written in English, we made sure not to include any American accents. We decided to do this to prevent Americans from playing the game and getting mad about saying something like 'I was looking forward to playing a game set in a fantasy medieval Europe. But why are they speaking American English?' To prevent this, we've made sure that all the dialogue was recorded using British English." I've heard a rumor that British English apparently is a rare breed and only the best Gaming News reporters speak it.
