Gamescom Opening Night Live
The Opening Night Live stream for Gamescom will be happening today at 7 p.m. UK time, which is 2 p.m. Eastern or 11:00 a.m. Pacific time. It will feature a lot of game announcements and updates for games which are already in development. I'm definitely looking forward to it. I like these big announcement shows so if anything interesting comes out of it then I'll be sure to report on the Gaming News tomorrow.
Sonic Frontiers Release Date
And the next bit of news for today is a Japanese Ad for Sonic Frontiers was released which includes an 08 Nov 2022 release date. We'll see if during Gamescom Opening Night Live it's confirmed for the West at the same time as well.
FFXIV Patch 6.2 Released
The last bit of news for today is FFXIV Patch 6.2 has been released as of today. It will include the release of the Island Sanctuary, new story, a new raid and more. If you want to, feel free to jump back into Final Fantasy 14 to check it out.
