2023 2022 2021 | Dec Nov Oct Sep Aug Jul Jun May Apr Mar Feb Jan Next Previous

Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!

Dark Souls 3 Server Issues

The Dark Souls 3 servers are having issues with the online services on Steam and Bandai Namco are busy working to resolve it. If you're having any issues playing the online multiplayer of Dark Souls 3, it's a known issue and hopefully they can fix it as soon as possible.

Splinter Cell Remake Rewrite

And the next bit of news for today is Ubisoft have recruited a script writer for the Splinter Cell Remake and in the job description it listed the idea that the story is going to be completely rewritten for modern audiences. Hopefully, it will be a great retelling of the game. I personally did play the original Splinter Cell back in the original Xbox days. I thought it was brilliant. I am definitely looking forward to the Remake.

PSVR 2 Feature Showcase

And the last bit of news for today is PlayStation have released a feature showcase for the PSVR 2 showing how the haptic feedback will work and the beautiful sceneries that you'll see in VR, the many different games which initially are coming to PSVR 2 and more. Be sure to head over to the official PlayStation YouTube channel to check it out.
