Patch 1.1 has been released for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and it will be required if you want to take part in the ranked battles. And also they are working on fixing performance issues. It won't be a complete fix, but it will be at least a step in the right direction.
The next bit of news for today is Steam has partnered with The Game Awards to give away one Steam Deck for every single minute of The Game Awards. And in order to enter, you need to register on the Steam website if you're in an eligible country and then watch The Game Awards on steam.tv. If you're interested and you want to get your hands potentially on a Steam Deck, 512 GB edition, then enter and good luck.
And the last bit of news for today is the reviews are out for Marvel's Midnight Suns and it's been reviewed quite favorably. Looking at the IGN and GameSpot reviews, they gave it an 8 out of 10. It's a turnbased game based in the Marvel universe with controls like XCOM, because it's made by the same developer as XCOM, but with a twist and cardlike boosts.
