Video Transcript

The Assassin's Creed Valhalla expansion Siege of Paris potentially is going to be coming out 05 Aug 2021, because of a potential leak but we don't know yet. If you haven't played AC Valhalla, I think the best way to play is on next-gen so Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5. They are releasing DLC all the time to keep expanding the game. I put 160 hours into the game, I absolutely loved it. I am looking forward to more DLCs coming out in the future. The next bit of news for today, Death Stranding has now sold 5 million copies. I think there was some ambivalence towards it when it first came out because people didn't know what it was, but it's been out for a while now and it's also had a PC release. 5 million copies mean it's doing really well. I personally watched a streamer play it, namely CohhCarnage, I'm waiting for the Director's Cut on PlayStation 5 before I jump into Death Stranding. I'm happy it's done really well, it's great for Kojima Productions and Hideo Kojima's independence. We'll see what other projects he releases. The last bit of news for today is Mass Effect Legendary Edition is getting the A.L.O.T. mod. A.L.O.T. stands for (A Lot Of Textures). The people behind the mod originally released A.L.O.T. for the original Mass Effect games, but they've now expanded it for the Legendary Edition as well. You might think, hang on, if there's a Legendary Edition that's already been remastered, why have remastered textures in a remaster. What the mod (authors) have realized is some of their textures in the A.L.O.T. mod are actually superior to some of the remastered textures in the Legendary Edition. They thought they would do the best of both worlds by making sure they upgrade the best textures that they can in the Legendary Edition and keep the ones where the developer has actually excelled them. If you're into Mass Effect Legendary Edition, if you're into Mass Effect generally know that this mod should now be available.
