Bethesda have released a new trailer for the upcoming Starfield called The Settled Systems. They give a brief introduction talking about where is the game going to be located? Some of the different races that are going to be in the game and stuff like that. If you want to check out the Starfield Settled Systems trailer. I thought it looked quite interesting. I want to believe in Starfield, but we just really don't have enough information and right now it's stated for release on the 11 Nov 2022 next year. We will see over the next year if we get more information about it. I hope it turns out well. The next bit of news for today is God of War, which came out in 2018 on PlayStation 4 and recently was remastered for PlayStation 5, is now going to be coming out on PC on the 14 January of next year. They released a trailer showing the game running at 4K 60 FPS basically locked. That's what you get if you have a powerful PC, you could probably push it even higher than that. If you've never played God of War, it's now available for pre order on the Steam store so you can go over on Steam and you can preorder it if you want or you can just wait. I personally won't be revisiting it because I already got the Platinum Trophy on PlayStation, but if you have not played God of War, I would really highly recommend it. It's really good. It has won so many Game of the Year awards and for good reason it's a great game. And then the last bit of news for today is CD Projekt Red released a short statement saying "Dear all, we have an important update regarding next generation updates for Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt for consoles and PC. Based on recommendations supplied by team supervising development of both games, we decided to postpone their releases until 2022. Our current target of Cyberpunk 2077 is the first quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2022 for The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Apologies for the extended wait, but we want to make it right." Obviously that's after all the backlash of the original launch of Cyberpunk 2077, they're now very cautious about releasing anything which is natural. You would expect that to happen. What they mean by next gen? It means a native release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X. They really want to make sure that the versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 work as well as they possibly can on the next gen systems. Again we will wait and see. I am personally still waiting to play Cyberpunk 2077. I played it for a couple of hours only on PC and it ran really badly when it first launched. I am waiting for the PlayStation 5 release and then I will give Cyberpunk 2077 a serious go.
