Geoff Keighley tweeted out saying "If you're wondering about other big game companies that could be acquired, here are who remains and their market caps: EA at $38B, Take Two at $18B, Nexon at $15B, Bandai Namco at $15B, Embracer at $10B, Netmarble at $7B, Ubisoft at $7B, Konami at $6B, Square Enix at $5.6B, Capcom at $4.9B and Sega at $3.6B." If I could assign different companies to be taken over, I would hope that Square Enix and Capcom, for example, are taken over by PlayStation. I would hope Nintendo take over Sega, I would hope that Microsoft take over Ubisoft because Ubisoft make a lot more PC games and so on. We'll see in the future if these different platforms snap up all these game studios if they're allowed to even. The next bit of news for today is Nintendo tweeted out saying "Embark on a wild quest with an unlikely pair. The adventures of Banjo and Kazooie begin here. Banjo Kazooie is coming to Nintendo Switch for Nintendo Switch online expansion pass members on the 20 Jan 2022." If you love Banjo Kazooie, which a lot of people from my generation do, then know that it's coming to Nintendo Switch very soon so you'll be able to jump into it. And the last bit of news for today is wizardingworld.com, which is the official website for the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts franchises posted "Hogwarts Legacy video game will be arriving this year. 2022 is also the year when the highly anticipated console game from Warner Brother Games Portkey Games label, Hogwarts Legacy, is set to be released. Developed by Avalanche Software, this action RPG allows players to be at the center of their own adventure set during the late 1800s wizarding world. From learning powerful spells and brewing potions to honing combat skills and taming magical beasts. This game will allow players to experience the magical world as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry like never before as they determine the fate of the entire wizarding world." And it says and it recommends to watch the trailer, which I would recommend as well. It's a very interesting trailer. It's got me excited about the game the second I saw it. I hope we do get it this year and I hope it isn't delayed.
