Gotham Knights Gameplay, Sword and Fairy Together...

Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!

Capcom Profits

Capcom have posted their financial report for the last tax year. They have stated that it's now the fifth consecutive year of record high profits driven by digital contents business. Basically, the games that they're releasing, they're all doing really well. Think Monster Hunter Rise and so on. Good for Capcom and they've also been quite generous with their employees as well. Things are going well for Capcom. Hopefully, it will stay that way.

Sword and Fairy Together Forever Announced

And the next bit of news for today is Sword and Fairy Together Forever was announced and the trailer that they released looks really impressive. I really enjoyed watching it, so I'll definitely keep an eye on the game. The Sword and Fairy franchise has been going now for 27 years, even though I've never heard of it until yesterday. It's definitely caught my attention for sure.

Gotham Knights Gameplay

And the last bit of news for today WB Games released a gameplay trailer of Gotham Knights and they showed off the Nightwing and Red Hood characters. They also stated that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game have been canceled so that they can focus on next gen. There has been mixed feelings and reactions about that. I personally think it's a good thing, but not everyone does. The bit of it that I am most excited about is the fact that co op is coming to the game.
