Introduction

Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!

Sonic Frontiers Overview Trailer

Sonic Frontiers have uploaded a new trailer showing more of Starfall Islands, which is the main area of the game. And if you're interested, check it out. It's about three minutes long and the game itself will be coming out on the 08 Nov 2022, if you're looking forward to it.

Mario Kart Tour Removing Gacha

The next bit of news for today is Nintendo is removing the Gacha elements from Mario Kart Tour. They announced in an ingame message that on the 05 Oct 2022 they're adding the Spotlight Shop, where you'll be able to directly purchase drivers, cars and gliders using the ingame purchasable currency. It removes the gambling element from acquiring items, which is good for Mario Kart Tour and every other game.

Resident Evil Survey

And the last bit of news for today is Capcom is asking for feedback about Resident Evil Village. You'll be able to complete a survey until the 01 Oct 2022 and you'll be rewarded with a wallpaper if you do. And in the survey it will ask you about the different characters of the game, the setting of the world, the combat and so on. If you have any feedback about Resident Evil Village, feel free to fill out the survey.
