Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!
Cyberpunk 2077 PC Patch
A new patch for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released on PC, which adds DLSS 3 support and also Nvidia Reflex, if you have a 40 series graphics card or higher. It will allow the game to perform better. If you're still playing Cyberpunk 2077 on PC and you happen to have a 40 series graphics card then I would suggest to download the patch.
Monster Hunter Rise Event
The next bit of news for today is a Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak digital event will be happening tomorrow at 11:00 p.m. for us in the UK or 03:00 p.m. Pacific Time. They will go over the contents of Free Update 4 as well as introduce the Elder Dragon and talk about various other updates that are coming to the game. If you're interested, be sure to tune in.
FFXIV Cheating Allegations
The last bit of news for today is as of Patch 6.31 for Final Fantasy 14, a new ultimate raid was added called the Omega Protocol. It's been a race ever since to get the world first clear of the raid. A team called UNNAMED_ in Japan cleared the raid a few hours ago, but since then there has been a lot of accusations of cheating and using third party tools in order to achieve the world first clear. A lot of players are calling for the team to get suspended and the world first to be rescinded. It's not the first time something like this has happened in an MMO. It's down to Square Enix to investigate to see if any cheating was involved.
Conclusion
That's all for my roundup of the latest gaming news. What do you think? Are any of these stories big deals in your opinion? Let me know by leaving a comment on the video. And don't forget to check back tomorrow for more exciting gaming news!
