Video Transcript

According to a report on Sky News, EA Sports and the Premier League are close to signing a near £500m deal that will see EA Sports retain their position as the lead video game sponsor of the league. The deal is said to be worth more than double the previous 6 year deal that EA Sports signed with the Premier League. What it will mean is that they will continue to be able to use real clubs and players in their games. And the next bit of news for today is Rich Aldridge who is the Game Director behind Total War Warhammer 3, has announced that the studio is currently working on a DLC. More details of it will be announced during April 2023. When there's more information about it, I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News. And the last bit of news for today is Resident Evil 4 Remake is set to add a Treasure Map Expansion according to a listing on the Xbox Games Store where you'll get additional treasures, which will only be unlocked if you've purchased the DLC. I'm personally against locking trivial content behind pay walls so I hope that Capcom reconsider. Either way, the game will be coming out on the 24 Mar 2023.
