And the next bit of news for today is according to an article on The Wall Street Journal, Netflix might be exploring other options to monetize their games that they are publishing on the platform. The options include ads and in-app purchases. There's been some criticism that if they introduce these features to the games on Netflix that it's a step backwards and actually will make the games worse. And the last bit of news for today is the Japanese Fan Fest for Final Fantasy 14 started yesterday. During the keynote speech, the Producer and Director of the game, Naoki Yoshida highlighted all the updates, which are coming to the game. They include the Xbox Open Beta, which will start on the 21 Feb 2024. Also a new job called the Pictomancer, which also released along with a new trailer. They also announced that Beastmaster will be the next limited job, which will be launching during the end of the next expansion cycle. They released the whole trailer for the expansion Dawntrail, but they won't commit to a release date yet because they want to be 100% sure before they do.
