Head of Epic Games, Tim Sweeney, has given an update about the Epic Games Store on the next Xbox platform. He has said that he would hope to see the Epic Games Store be present on the next Xbox game console on the first day. Other storefronts like GOG and Steam already have native support, but so far the Epic Games Store doesn't have a dedicated app for the Xbox platforms. And the next bit of news for today is apparently, a Baldur's Gate 3 TV adaptation is being created by HBO. Apparently, it's going to be set after the events of Baldur's Gate 3. However, Larian Studios is not going to be involved in the creation of the TV show because the partnership between Larian Studios and Hasbro, who ultimately own Dungeons and Dragons, is already over. Instead, the TV show is going to be headed up by Craig Mazin, who also created The Last of Us TV show. And the last bit of news for today is apparently an enhanced edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 is still in the works. According to a leak, the enhanced edition of Red Dead 2 will be releasing at some point during 2026. An educated guess would assume it would have the standard upgrades including 4K graphics, 60 FPS and more. An enhanced edition of the first Red Dead Redemption was also released very recently.
