Fortnite might be adding a No Build Mode to the game, Roblox has been down since the 29 Oct 2021, and Pessimism is a content creator you should check out on Twitch.

Roblox Outage Update

Roblox has been experiencing a prolonged outage for the past few days. On October 29, 2021, the official Roblox Twitter account acknowledged the issue by tweeting, "We know that you're having issues using Roblox right now. We're sorry and working hard to get things back to normal." This statement was followed by another tweet a few hours later, stating, "Still making progress on today's outage. We will continue to keep you updated once again. We apologize for the delay. We know that this outage was not related to any specific experiences or partnerships on the platform."

Interestingly, Roblox mentioned that the outage was not caused by a new partnership with Chipotle, which had recently been announced. This clarification dispelled any rumors or speculations regarding the outage being related to the partnership.

Around 18 hours ago, Roblox provided a new update, saying, "We believe that we have identified an underlying internal cause of the outage. We're in the process of performing the necessary engineering and maintenance work to get Roblox back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience." This update indicates that the Roblox team has made progress in identifying the cause of the outage and is actively working to resolve it.

The current outage of Roblox is notable due to its duration. Roblox is a popular platform that allows users to develop their own games, and countless games have been created on the platform. With the central Roblox servers down, it means that millions of gaming experiences are currently inaccessible. The impact of this outage is significant, affecting both players and developers who rely on Roblox for their gaming experiences.

The Roblox team is undoubtedly working hard to resolve the issue and restore normal service. It is crucial for them to address the internal cause of the outage, ensuring that the platform remains stable and reliable for its millions of users. While the outage is undoubtedly frustrating for the Roblox community, it is important to remember that technical issues can occur with any online platform, and the Roblox team's efforts to resolve the problem should be acknowledged and appreciated.

Fortnite Adding No Build Mode

In other gaming news, a recent leak suggests that Fortnite might be introducing a new game mode called "No Build." Fortnite is a popular battle royale game where players enter an arena and must eliminate each other until only one player or team remains. The playable area gradually shrinks to create intense encounters and drive the gameplay forward.

One distinctive feature of Fortnite is the ability for players to build structures such as walls, stairs, and entire buildings. Skilled players can construct elaborate structures within seconds, providing strategic advantages and fortifications. However, the addition of a No Build Game Mode in Fortnite would alter the dynamic of the game, potentially making it more akin to other battle royale games like PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG).

While the leak suggests the possibility of a No Build Game Mode, it remains unclear whether this mode will be a permanent addition or a temporary alternative for players to choose from. Fortnite has a history of introducing limited-time game modes and rotating their availability to keep the gameplay fresh and exciting. It will be interesting to see how the No Build Game Mode, if indeed introduced, will be received by the Fortnite community and how it might shape the overall gameplay experience.
