The Matrix Awakens has been officially announced. There was a short teaser trailer with Keanu Reeves talking about "do we know what reality is?" And you can preload it on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. It seems like it's only going to be available on console. I mentioned a day or two ago that there's going to be an Unreal Engine 5 experience of The Matrix to coincide with the release of The Matrix Resurrections movie. I'll be sure to check it out when it comes out. The next bit of news for today is a new Sonic game likely is going to be announced at The Game Awards in a couple of days. And the Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter tweeted Geoff Keighley saying, "Hey, @geoffkeighley, do you have any extra invites to The Game Awards?" And he replied saying, "Wait, you don't even follow me." And then they replied saying "Following you now because you were cool enough to hook us up with an extra invite. Thanks again." And then he replied with a funny gif. Now, of course that itself is not enough proof, but they've also set up a website for Sonic and there's different names. It could be Sonic Frontier. It could be so many other things. I'm not going to speculate too much because simply we can just wait a couple of days and you'll see. Maybe there's a new Sonic game coming soon. If you're a long time fan of Sonic the Hedgehog know that something is on the horizon. The last bit of news for today is Final Fantasy XIV's latest expansion Endwalker has now been officially released. If you preordered the Collector's Edition, you will now have an email waiting in the store that will allow you to redeem another code to activate the expansion fully, which will then allow you to receive your ingame Collector Edition rewards, but be sure to do that now. It's in the same place where you would have got the code for early access. There's early access code and then there's expansion activation code, and also the Mog Station has been updated in style as well to coincide with the release of Endwalker officially. There is still ongoing server issues, but hopefully it will become easier and easier as more and more people complete the game. That's the unfortunate thing. And with steps that they're taking and also remember what I said before. They are giving seven days of free game time to compensate for the login issues that we found last couple of days.
