Ubisoft did an announcement for The Crew 2 saying that a next gen patch will be coming out hopefully by July ,which will include high frame rate modes as well as other updates including new cars and various updates for the game. If you've played The Crew 2 before or you're still playing it, then know that more updates are on the way. They are still committed to The Crew 2 for at least another year.
And the next bit of news for today is tomorrow (17 Mar 2022) there will be a PlayStation State of Play focused solely on Hogwarts Legacy. It will be at 2 p.m. PT which is 9 p.m. UK time. I'm definitely looking forward to Hogwarts Legacy. I've been saying it for a while now on the Gaming News and hopefully more information will come out about the gameplay and what the game will look like on PlayStation 5.
And the last bit of news for today is Ghostwire Tokyo is going to have six graphical settings on PlayStation 5, including Quality mode and Performance mode, High Frame Rate Quality and Performance, which is the same as usual just without any frame caps and then High Frame Rate Quality and Performance mode Vsync. If you have Vsync compatible screens it will try and take advantage of that technology as well. Personally, I will probably be sticking with performance mode and have it as locked to 60 FPS as I can.
