Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!
Steam Deck Verified and Playable Games
The Steam Deck now has more than 3000 playable games according to SteamDB. Verified Games are games which have been verified by Valve themselves to be working perfectly on the Steam Deck and Playable means they work very decently well on the Steam Deck, but there might be a couple of issues with them.
V Rising Offline Mode
And the next bit of news for today is V Rising have added a LAN and Offline mode to their game as of the latest hotfix and they released instructions of how to activate offline mode in the patch notes. If you don't know, V Rising is a Vampire survival game and it's doing really well with more than a million sales very shortly after release.
God of War TV Series
And the last bit of news for today is further to rumor from early March, Benji-Sales tweeted out saying "Sony has officially announced new PlayStation Productions Series in development, Horizon coming to Netflix, God of War coming to Amazon (previously rumored) Gran Turismo (no service announced). Sony continues to heavily expand their PlayStation IP into series and movies." And also during a recent investor day, PlayStation predict that by 2025 half of their sales are going to be coming from PC and Mobile and they would have phased out PlayStation 4 games by 2025 as well.
