Video Transcript

Final Fantasy 7 has celebrated its 25 year anniversary since its North American release. And a special message from the Producer Yoshinori Kitase was posted on social media. Be sure to check it out if you're interested to see what he has to say. And for now, Final Fantasy 7 fans are looking forward to the next game, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, which will be coming out next winter. And the next bit of news for today is RGG Studio, who is the developer behind games like Yakuza, have announced the RGG Summit 2022, which will be on the 14 Sep 2022. If there's any announcements about more Yakuza games or anything else they are working on, then I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News. And the last bit of news for today is Crystal Dynamics have announced that they've taken full control of Tomb Raider and Legacy of Kain. That's after the sale of Crystal Dynamics to the Embracer Group by Square Enix back in May. And similarly Eidos Montreal has taken full control of Deus Ex and Thief. It's good that the Embracer Group has given autonomy to each of those studios so that they can develop the games in the future, and the franchises for the gamers. The gamers is what counts.
