Valkyrie Profile Lenneth Delayed

Valkyrie Profile Lenneth has been delayed until the 22 Dec 2022 to allow for more polish. It's a remaster of Valkyrie Profile Lenneth which came out in 2006, which itself was a remaster of the 1999 Valkyrie Profile. If you have preordered the Deluxe Edition of Valkyrie Elysium, which comes out on the 29 Sep 2022, you would have gotten Valkyrie Profile Lenneth automatically but that itself has been delayed for a couple of months.

Chris Redfield DLC Canned

And the next bit of news for today is the director of Resident Evil Village explained that originally they wanted to make a Chris Redfield focused DLC for Resident Evil Village but instead they decided to go with Rose Winters, and it has now been confirmed that the Winters family saga is going to be ending with the DLC. I think a Chris Redfield DLC might have been interesting, maybe they have plans for the future, who knows.

FFXIV Next Live Letter

And the last bit of news for today is a letter from the producer live for Final Fantasy 14, which will be focused on Patch 6.25, will be at 9.30 p.m. Pacific Time on 07 Oct 2022, which is the middle of the night in the EU and the UK. If there's anything interesting that gets announced during that event I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News.
