Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!
HUMANKIND Console Delayed
The console version of HUMANKIND has been delayed indefinitely with the developer releasing a statement explaining that they are experiencing some issues with the port and they are unable to give a timeline of when it will be available. If you preordered HUMANKIND on any the digital platform for console you'll be able to claim a full refund. Hopefully, sooner than later they can work out the technical issues they're having and then release the game on console successfully.
FF7 Remake Board Game
The next bit of news for today is the website Dicebreaker observed that Final Fantasy 7 is potentially getting a board game. It was spotted during a convention and it will probably come out in Japan, but we will see if there's any more details about a potential Final Fantasy 7 Remake board game in the future.
Bayonetta Voice Acting Controversy
And the last bit of news for today is Hellena Taylor who is a voice actress behind the original Bayonetta has made a video to explain that she was offered just $4,000 to voice Bayonetta for the entire Bayonetta 3, which is the reason why she declined to do it. She has regarded it as an insult and it has caused her anxiety, depression and also suicidal thoughts, which is really sad to see. And this story has blown up since yesterday and for that reason I have withdrawn any interest of Bayonetta 3. PlatinumGames is not having a good year, simple as that, with other failures under their belt.
Conclusion
