Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of the daily gaming news. Here I'll be discussing all the latest goings-on in the gaming industry, from new releases to game announcements and everything in between. So without further ado, let's get started!

Capcom Cancels Fan Projects

Capcom has pulled the plug on some fan made projects including Code Veronica X being remade and also the original Resident Evil. There is speculation as to why. It could be related to their own projects or the fact that the developers behind the remakes were trying to take donations and you can't take profits from an IP that doesn't belong to you. Either way these projects are now dead.

Hideo Kojima Interview

And the next bit of news for today is IGN had an in depth interview with Hideo Kojima. They visited his new office in Japan for Kojima Productions and they spoke about how the Microsoft project was deemed crazy by other publishers, but Microsoft decided to give it a go. And also he believes that in 50 to 100 years there might be an AI version of him, which creates games. Either way, it's a very interesting read, so be sure to check it out.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Sale

And the last bit of news for today is Final Fantary 7 Remake Intergrade is 43% off on PlayStation 5, Epic Game Store and Steam. If you buy your games from Epic Games Store, feel free to use support content creator code "Mithrie". It will support me directly.
